anyone tries Beer Can Chicken?

I tried it couple time and finally I settle down with one recipe, cajun Beer can chicken.  I wonder anyone here tried it and might like to share the comments!  (my next project is Beer Can Peking Duck!)

no, you insert the beer can (the liquor is still inside) in the chicken before you put that on the BBQ or oven.  when the chicken cooked, the liquor (beer) inside will expose, so the beer will be all over the chicken! after it is done, the chicken inside is full of beer taste!
