well, I don't really agree that youtube video demo. that guy's hands are greasy! anyway, i didn't use BBQ pit, instead I used my oven at home and it is easy to control the temperature.

you don't really need that stand! you just insert the beer can (make sure you don't split the liquor) inside the chicken and use the chicken legs to stand. make sure you get yourself a big pan (metal) and put it under the whole chicken. so the juice will not go all over the place.
