anyone tries Beer Can Chicken?

check yahoo auction!  just make sure the chicken will fit (I mean the "height of that chicken that stand up) on the oven.  you don't really have to get the biggest one, if you the only one eating it!

if not, try quail!  however, the smaller the chicken (or bird) the beer can will be smaller, if that is the case, get a small can (like V8), clean it up, dry it and then fill in with the beer.  also, the hours will be shorter.  instead of 2 hours (for 3 to 4 lbs of chicken), it will reduce to 1 hour!  depend on the size/weight of your bird.[本話題由 Greg 於 2009-03-13 23:29:35 編輯]
