(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

3 e! ?  I) W, f8 Q5 {一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

( y9 d. r3 ~0 e1 y1 r客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
7 c, p7 V4 R. C8 G. m兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

; O2 O2 n2 ~6 n6 m# Z$ w/ {陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

8 F% |  p& F/ E9 G4 o( Q; U公園、Ubike、醫院、餐廳、屈臣氏、麥當勞、超市只要走路1分鐘就到達。
. w, n4 p) V% \. B3 K- S0 }  t+ Q0 i運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

妳的室友是一個女生在遊戲公司上班，和一隻可愛的貓。

Clean bathroom with a brand new bathtub.

There is a washer on the balcony, with plenty of space to hang clothes.

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.

There is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.
