大坪林捷運附近的公寓，一個房間分租。位於民族路上。
2 q/ \2 A4 U7 o7 W/ o+ p1 c(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

6 h: i0 W0 D- f一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。
0 c$ w# P. k' e* h* c
客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

" j: a, S- m* V9 r陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

樓下有公車可以直達公館，台大，師大，忠孝敦化，台北市政府，桃園市區。
公園、Ubike、醫院、餐廳、屈臣氏、麥當勞、超市只要走路1分鐘就到達。
% e3 u& S9 e- i( a+ m% K4 R運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

Includes extra storage room that can be used at anytime. There is air conditioning, a bookcase, closet, and a single bed that can be provided.

Clean bathroom with a brand new bathtub.

The price per month for the room is 8500 per month (including internet). Deposit is two months rent.

There is a washer on the balcony, with plenty of space to hang clothes.

The apartment has an electric heater and dehumidifier that can be used.

There is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.

Your new roommate (me) is a female, along with her pet cat.
