1 N9 f9 Y. d; E4 d1 s一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

. d5 x' R( M  c" l- U' T3 z- K0 F% t客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
5 f/ d4 U# B# i& O# a兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

. L8 c% P% c6 m/ a/ l8 X+ R陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.
