一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。
% z- o2 R+ r8 H4 k* P/ w" w
客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

公園、Ubike、醫院、餐廳、屈臣氏、麥當勞、超市只要走路1分鐘就到達。
* p) x( n' V8 `. H運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

Includes extra storage room that can be used at anytime. There is air conditioning, a bookcase, closet, and a single bed that can be provided.

A clean well-equipped kitchen (with filtered water and a refrigerator)

Clean bathroom with a brand new bathtub.

The price per month for the room is 8500 per month (including internet). Deposit is two months rent.

There is a washer on the balcony, with plenty of space to hang clothes.

The apartment has an electric heater and dehumidifier that can be used.

$ s8 I. x7 c5 p" X( {+ V2 R% fThere is a bus stop in front of the apartment with buses that go to Gongguan, NTU, Shida area, Zhong xiao dun hua, Taipei City Hall, and Taoyuan City.
