(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

4 m( r8 h/ O3 G客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

+ j! V# [/ {2 K1 f- o8 q陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

樓下有公車可以直達公館，台大，師大，忠孝敦化，台北市政府，桃園市區。

運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

Includes extra storage room that can be used at anytime. There is air conditioning, a bookcase, closet, and a single bed that can be provided.

A clean well-equipped kitchen (with filtered water and a refrigerator)

Clean bathroom with a brand new bathtub.

Living room has a large screen TV and a large bookcase.
! m" q5 m3 c# `9 HThe price per month for the room is 8500 per month (including internet). Deposit is two months rent.

Water is paid on per use basis once per two months.

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.
