大坪林捷運附近的公寓，一個房間分租。位於民族路上。
% g- k4 Y/ }' F(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

0 l% F* B! L: ^8 `( ]! a$ Z. F一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

) _5 o. l% r0 b) O; V1 ]/ ]# s8 v家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

樓下有公車可以直達公館，台大，師大，忠孝敦化，台北市政府，桃園市區。
公園、Ubike、醫院、餐廳、屈臣氏、麥當勞、超市只要走路1分鐘就到達。
# N$ u4 _" V$ E運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

Living room has a large screen TV and a large bookcase.

Water is paid on per use basis once per two months.

There is a washer on the balcony, with plenty of space to hang clothes.

The apartment has an electric heater and dehumidifier that can be used.

There is a bus stop in front of the apartment with buses that go to Gongguan, NTU, Shida area, Zhong xiao dun hua, Taipei City Hall, and Taoyuan City.

% @. F" v  K$ u+ y& V8 v& e: M) CA park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.

There is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.
