大坪林捷運附近的公寓，一個房間分租。位於民族路上。
/ s" w$ D4 g4 q(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

0 d2 V4 x7 S7 `7 B2 w0 g9 t2 u一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

* G% {2 z7 N1 ?) B9 q( G5 j/ B客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

Includes extra storage room that can be used at anytime. There is air conditioning, a bookcase, closet, and a single bed that can be provided.

Clean bathroom with a brand new bathtub.

Living room has a large screen TV and a large bookcase.
" S0 u: D3 b- W% x0 YThe price per month for the room is 8500 per month (including internet). Deposit is two months rent.

Water is paid on per use basis once per two months.

# M: N# F( Z& f8 pThere is a washer on the balcony, with plenty of space to hang clothes.

The apartment has an electric heater and dehumidifier that can be used.

There is a bus stop in front of the apartment with buses that go to Gongguan, NTU, Shida area, Zhong xiao dun hua, Taipei City Hall, and Taoyuan City.

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.

+ d- L( ]% i8 I. T1 x$ t! a/ @There is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.
