一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

2 v' w6 I9 i8 k! |- G' c! N1 a客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
2 w$ Q' [7 G; `5 w- D. J兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

6 s! r1 P2 E% L- ]2 F陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

Living room has a large screen TV and a large bookcase.

There is a washer on the balcony, with plenty of space to hang clothes.

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.

* d9 O, X0 d4 }! m  O- U: pThere is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.
