一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

, b* O$ u6 i& T5 L/ H客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
" Z$ U+ J  ?. K6 R6 G兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

樓下有公車可以直達公館，台大，師大，忠孝敦化，台北市政府，桃園市區。

Apartment room for Rent Near Dapinglin Mrt Station.  Located on Minzu Rd.

Includes extra storage room that can be used at anytime. There is air conditioning, a bookcase, closet, and a single bed that can be provided.

The apartment has an electric heater and dehumidifier that can be used.

There is a bus stop in front of the apartment with buses that go to Gongguan, NTU, Shida area, Zhong xiao dun hua, Taipei City Hall, and Taoyuan City.

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.
