一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

  p4 i$ H  H+ W! w  U. h客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
$ l& V$ ~8 Y! |  X8 G& Z兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

) J; ^/ p( m% f! d家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

公園、Ubike、醫院、餐廳、屈臣氏、麥當勞、超市只要走路1分鐘就到達。
運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

妳的室友是一個女生在遊戲公司上班，和一隻可愛的貓。

The price per month for the room is 8500 per month (including internet). Deposit is two months rent.
