(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

$ K2 X6 J" Z+ b3 f9 ]$ c. c+ N客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

" }+ C$ Z9 v/ s. b陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

樓下有公車可以直達公館，台大，師大，忠孝敦化，台北市政府，桃園市區。

The apartment has an electric heater and dehumidifier that can be used.

& j' j" d: U; MA park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.

There is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.
