大坪林捷運附近的公寓，一個房間分租。位於民族路上。
(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

; h6 r5 [7 I- i* X+ K2 E6 m  I客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

樓下有公車可以直達公館，台大，師大，忠孝敦化，台北市政府，桃園市區。
公園、Ubike、醫院、餐廳、屈臣氏、麥當勞、超市只要走路1分鐘就到達。
) z% f* x: R5 {# e. u運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.
